Capitol Type N Masonry Cement

Capitol Type N Masonry cement meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C 91-05 Standard Specification for Masonry Cement. Capitol Type N Masonry cement is recommended for use in exterior walls, retaining walls, manholes, sewers, pavements, walls, and patios above grade. It can be used in load-bearing walls, both interior and exterior. Capitol Type N can be used as cement in masonry and plastering construction. The primary use for Capitol Type N is in preparation of Specification C 270 Type N mortar without further addition of cements or hydrated lime.

Capitol Type N can be mixed with masonry sand to produce a mortar suitable for brick, block, or stone as used in chimneys and walls or in stucco applications.
